Counselling services are supportive and therapeutic in nature and are not a substitute for emergency, psychiatric, psychological, or medical care.

4. Online & Telehealth Services

Online and phone counselling provide flexible and accessible support, though all technology-based communication carries some limitations and risks. These may include: - internet interruptions or technical difficulties - accidental disruptions to privacy - limitations associated with remote communication - unauthorised access to digital communications despite reasonable safeguards Clients are encouraged to attend sessions from a private, safe, and distraction-free location where possible. If a session is interrupted due to technical issues, reasonable efforts will be made to reconnect or reschedule where appropriate

Rising Minds Counselling uses trusted third-party services to support bookings, payments, communication, and website functionality. 6. Appointments, Payments & Cancellations

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without required notice may result in forfeiture of session fee.
