Booking Policies
To help things run smoothly, here are some guidelines to know about before booking.
How to book
Book a session in just minutes.
Choose your preferred session type and length for the date and time that suits you

to request a time outside regular hours that may be possible.
Session Rates
Individual counselling sessions rates are as follows:
45 minutes | $90 | Express
60 minutes | $120 | Standard
90 minutes | $180 | In-depth
A limited number of concession-rate spots are available each week. Please enquire at time of booking.
You are welcome to book one session at a time. If a preferred day and time works best for you, you can also prebook up to 6 sessions at a time.
If meeting in person is preferred for a first session or ongoing, and you are located in/near Glenelg, Adelaide please get in touch as soon as possible to check availability where these arrangements may be possible.
Payment Options
Pay by:
- Direct Deposit (on the booking form)
- Credit or Debit Card (no fees)
Full payment is due within 48 hours of an appointment.
If a booking is made within 48 hours from the requested session time full payment is due.

2) Online, phone or in-person* sessions
for 45, 60 or 90 minutes
*In-person near or in Glenelg, SA with prior arrangement
Privacy Commitment
Cancellations - within 48 hours
Your privacy matters.
Sessions are confidential, with limited exceptions relating to safety and legal requirements.
Consent arrangement for clients under 18 will be discussed before support begins.
Please provide more than 48 hours notice for a cancellation to avoid a loss of payment.
This allows the possibility to support others who may be waitlisted on the same day.
Late Arrivals
Sessions are scheduled for a set amount of time between 45-90 minutes depending on your booking.
If you arrive late, I will work with the remaining time available to ensure following appointments start on time.
Changes - give more than 48 hours notice to reschedule - no fee
NDIS participants
Although RMC is not a NDIS-registered provider self managed or plan-managed members are welcome here.
Prior to booking an appointment please check with your plan manager or support coordinator for any changes to your plan that may affect booking directly.
Changes requested with more than 48 hours notice will not lose any payment when putting toward a new appointment date.
It is encouraged to rebook your next appointment at the same time of a change to avoid large gaps in your support timeline.
Medicare & Insurance rebates
Medicare does not currently provide rebates for counselling services.
If you see a psychologist with a referral, you may receive a rebate; however, there is often a gap fee which may be higher than the full cost of one counselling session.
